Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Customers can cancel their subscription at anytime. To cancel, please log into your account in Account Plan and click Cancel Subscription button. Email us at info@felfran.com or info@KTStrading.com if you have any questions or issues cancelling. KTS Systems LLC is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the cancellation.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it. No further charges will occur after cancellation takes effect.

Free Trial

Yes, KTS Systems LLC offers a free 7-day trial with full access to most features. Limitations during the trial include exporting trades and exporting execution data. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

Reactivation

KTS Systems LLC appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. However, if a customer decides to change subscriptions or let their subscription lapse, the customer will need to re-purchase at the current rate.
